Once you finalize the purchase on our website, you are prompted to create your Luvly account and download the app — this is where your personal face care program is.
Note: Luvly is a mobile app, so it is currently only available for iOS and Android devices.
In case you accidentally missed any of the steps, please follow the guides below to get started with Luvly:
- In your inbox (or in the Spam/Promo folder), locate the welcome email you receive immediately after the purchase. The email is titled Welcome to the Luvly World.
- In this email, tap the button Enter My Program.
- Follow the steps you see on the page: create an account if you don't have one, and then download Luvly.
- Once you install Luvly, it's important you log into your account as an existing user. For that, tap LOG IN on the start screen (not Get Started), then LOG IN again:
- Log into your account using the same credentials you used during the registration. If you signed up using Facebook, Google, or Apple ID, select those log-in options instead.
