We know that many of you ask — "How can I use Dancebit across different devices? Will my progress be synced?", so here is what you need to know:
- Your progress won't sync across different devices 😓. We understand this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but if you'd like to request this feature, reach out to us at support@dance-bit.com. Our customers' ideas are a constant source of inspiration and growth for us.
- iOS subscriptions can't be transferred to the Android devices, and vice-versa. (example: you purchased your plan in the App Store, but would like to use it on an Android device — it's impossible. The only option — purchase two different subscriptions: one from Google/Android devices, and one from App Store/ iOS devices).
For iOS purchases
If your subscription to Dancebit is associated with your Apple ID account and you'd like to use it on a different iOS device, do the following:
- Make sure that you use the same Apple ID account where the purchase was made
- Press the "Restore" button on the subscription screen OR go to Profile tab >> Settings (upper right corner) >> Restore Purchase.
For Android purchases
If your subscription to Dancebit is associated with your Google account and you'd like to use it on a different Android device, do the following:
- Open Google Play Marlet and make sure that you use the same Google account where the purchase was made
- Launch Dancebit and Log in to your account within the app.
For Web purchases
If you purchased your Dancebit subscription directly from our website, all you need to do is download the app on your other device and log in to your premium account associated with the purchase:
- Download Dancebit to a new device
- Launch the app
- Tap Log in (not Get Started)
- Log in to your account with your credentials
