Once you finalize the purchase on our website, you are prompted to create your NutriMate account and download the app — this is where your personal face care program is.
Note: NutriMate is a mobile app, so it is currently only available for iOS and Android devices.
In case you accidentally missed any of the steps, please follow the guides below to get started with NutriMate:
- In your inbox (or in the Spam/Promo folder), locate the welcome email you receive immediately after the purchase. The email is titled Welcome to the NutriMate World.
- In this email, tap the button Enter My Program.
- Follow the steps you see on the page: create an account if you don't have one, and then download NutriMate.
- Once you install NutriMate, it's important you log into your account as an existing user. For that, tap I already have an account on the start screen:
- Finally, log into your account using the same credentials you used during the registration.
