Looking to either upgrade or downgrade your current Luvly plan? Here's a simple guide on what steps to take.
For App Store subscriptions
Since we don't have access to your Apple ID account and thus cannot make any changes remotely, only you personally can manage your own Apple Subscriptions. Here is what you need to do:
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Luvly Subscription
- Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.

For Google Play subscriptions
Just like with App Store purchases, only you personally can manage your Google subscriptions. Here is what you need to do:
- Open the Google Play app

- Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Find the subscription to Luvly.
- Tap Manage subscription.
- Select the new plan you want to change to.
- Select a supported payment method.
- Tap Buy or Subscribe.

If you purchased your plan on our website using your credit card, please reach us directly at support@luvly.care, and our Support Team will be glad to provide you with assistance on this matter.
Note: if you used your PayPal account to purchase the subscription, we're sorry to say that the plan can't be altered due to a limitation on PayPal's part.
