If you purchased your Luvly subscription directly from our website https://luvly.care/ (usually, you land there from an ad on Facebook/ Instagram) using your bank card, then it is not listed in your Apple ID/Google Subscriptions and can't be cancelled there.
Please follow the instructions below to cancel your Luvly subscription:
- Follow the link: https://account.luvly.care/unsubscribe-login.
- Log into your Luvly account
- Tap Cancel.
