There are two reasons why Dancebit may not be recognizing your App Store/Google Play purchase:
- Your subscription is inactive

You are using an incorrect Apple ID/ Google account
Once you verify your subscription is active and you're within the paid billing period, follow the guides below.
For App Store purchases:
Make sure that you use the same Apple ID where the purchase was made, and press the "Restore" button on the subscription screen:
For Google Play purchases:
- Check that you're logged into the Google account where the Dancebit subscription is listed.
- Re-install Dancebit from the same Google Play account.
Usually, the Premium purchase is recognized automatically when installing the app from the correct Google Pay account. However, if you still have issues with getting access to your Dancebit account, contact our Support Team at support@dance-bit.com.
