Paid for the program, but the app prompts you to subscribe again? Here are two typical issues that could be hindering your login:
- You're not logged into the account associated with the purchase and using a free account instead
- Your subscription has already expired.
So, if you have an active premium plan, but you've faced such an issue, here's how you can resolve it:
1. Tap the small "x" button on the subscription screen to close it:
2. Then open the Profile tab:
3. Tap Create account:
4. Select the option to login to an existing account:

5. Enter the credentials you used during the registration, and you're all set.
