There are 3 ways to subscribe to Dancebit:
- directly from the App Store or in-app
- directly from the Google Play Market or in-app
- directly from our website
Main rule: Subscriptions and memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Deleting the Dancebit app or your Dancebit account does not cancel your subscription automatically.
If you've got a receipt from Apple or see the transaction on your bank statement labelled as "Apple Billing," that indicates an iOS purchase, and the subscription is linked to your Apple ID account.
To cancel your plan:
- Open your iPhone Settings
- Tap your name >> Tap Subscriptions
- Choose the subscription to Dancebit
- Tap Cancel Susbcritpion
Note: only you personally can manage your own subscriptions. We don't have access to your Apple ID account and thus cannot make any changes remotely.
