There are 3 ways to subscribe to Dancebit:
- directly from the App Store or in-app
- directly from the Google Play Market or in-app
- directly from our website
Main rule: Subscriptions and memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Deleting the Dancebit app or your Dancebit account does not cancel your subscription automatically.
If your order number starts with GPA, or you see Google Harmonybit on your bank statement, that indicates an Android purchase and the subscription is linked to your Google Play account.
To cancel your plan:
- Open the Google Play Market
- At the top right, click your profile icon.
- Click Payments & subscriptions.
- Choose the subscription to Dancebit
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Note: only you personally can manage your own subscriptions. We don't have access to your Google Play account account and thus cannot make any changes remotely.
