If you are receiving charges from NutriMate, you most likely subscribed directly from our website https://nutrimate.fit/ and have a so-called web subscription. Here are the main characteristics of a web subscription:
- You paid with a card/ Apple Pay/ PayPal
- You subscribed from an ad seen on Facebook/ Instagram/ TikTok
- The active subscription isn’t visible in Apple/Google, but the charges persist
- You received a receipt or a welcome email from NutriMate (not Apple/Google)
- The descriptor on your bank statement says "Myfast", "Nutrifit" and other variations (not "Apple/ Google payment")
Follow the instructions below to cancel your NutriMate subscription:
- Open your NutriMate Web Profile
- Log into your NutriMate account
- Navigate to the Subscriptions tab:
- Tap Turn off auto-renewal
