All NutriMate subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your web profile (not Apple ID/ Google Play). We disclose the renewal terms a few times during the purchase:
- on the subscription page, before you complete the payment;
- in the receipt we send after successful purchases;
- in the NutriMate Terms of Use.
Subscriptions can be canceled by opening this direct link or right in your NutriMate profile in the app: Profile >> Settings >> Manage subscription >> Cancel web subscription.
To avoid unwanted charges, all subscriptions must be canceled 24 hours before the scheduled renewal.
