If you made a purchase via our website https://quiz.nutrimate.fit/, usually, we send a receipt immediately after the initial payment, and there you will find the complete information about your purchase:
- Locate the email in your inbox with the subject Your NutriMate Premium Receipt
- There, you will find the exact price for the subscription and any additional programs, plus the discounts applied
- If you notice a USD 0.50 charge in your bank statement, that is a validation payment which is instantly refunded
The receipt contains information about all the successful payments. If there were other payment attempts, they will disappear from your bank statement shortly.
Note: sometimes, these receipts land in the spam/promo folder.
If you purchased your NutriMate subscription directly from AppStore/Google Play, they also send you an automated receipt after the charge is finalized.
If you are looking for a receipt for the renewal payment, please note that we only send a receipt after the initial payment, as all the billing and renewal information is disclosed there.
