Once you launch NutriMate, you land on the Tracker tab — this is where you can set your fasting schedule. Either choose a preset program or create one manually by pressing Choose Fasting Plan:
For example, 16:8 means that you fast for 16 hours and can only take meals in the 8-hour window. The fasting start and end time is up to you.
The Meal Plans tab offers a variety of recipes based on your preferred diet.
In the Explore tab, you will find reading materials to better understand the processes happening in your body while you fast.
Finally, in the Profile tab, you can view your personal info, see your fasting history and set goals.
For the best experience, we recommend you start by choosing a fasting program in the Tracker tab.
