Once you launch NutriMate, you land on the Journey tab (full name — Weight Loss Journey). Here, you will find a guide on weight control, with plenty of reading materials backed by scientific research. Not all weeks are available instantly, but we're gradually adding them.
Next, we have the Tracker tab — this is where you can set your fasting schedule: either choose a preset program or create one manually. For example, 16:8 means that you fast for 16 hours and can only take meals in the 8-hour window. The fasting start and end time is up to you.
The Meal Planning tab helps you create a meal plan for the week and customise it according to your needs (e.g. whether you eat or skip breakfast, etc). Currently, you need to add the meals yourself, but soon, we're launching Recipes for you to choose from.

Finally, in the Recipes tab, you will find a variety of meal ideas to use in the meal-planning process:
